As an ERP provider we offer our customers a cloud solution. As we see our customers moving more and more towards a cloud solution, we therefore need to strengthen our team. Your mission is to convey the benefits of a cloud service in an ERP context for both new and existing customers and have a good knowledge of cloud related services such as Security, Analytics & Data Lakes, IoT, Machine Learning, Robotics and AI.
In addition to the above, it also includes creating the best possible solutions for our customers in their communication with other systems, both internally and externally. To help our customers, we provide and work with the latest technology for integration platforms which helps our customers to integrate and automate processes across many systems and services, supported by a visual process design and low code capabilities. It makes the power of integration and automation accessible to our customers business through its intuitive ease of use and flexibility, and it simplifies the governance of the digital ecosystem.

The Role
Our sales function of 20 people in total welcomes you to the role! Within the Presales team there are already five colleagues.
The Presales team plays a key role within Jeeves, working alongside our other New Sales and Business Development sales professionals to understand the core of our customers' businesses and present technical solutions based on Jeeves ERP, as well as answering our customers' questions and challenges. We also support our partners in their customer acquisition sales process.
As we constantly strive to create value for our customers with Jeeves ERP, it is important to us that we work with Value Based Selling (VBS). We therefore see it as an important part of your future role as a Technical Presale with us to understand and express this to our customers.
Together with our other sales representatives, you will present technical solutions to both new and existing customers in various technology areas such as cloud, integrations, IoT in an educational and convincing way. You will therefore play a very important role in the team in terms of building relationships with our customers and supporting your colleagues (Customer Account Managers and New Sales Representatives) during meetings by conducting presentations and demos.
In addition, you will answer technical specifications and participate in the quotation process, as well as providing support to sales representatives in making estimates, etc.
You will also have the opportunity to influence and develop activities that generate new leads such as webinars and other customer events. In other words, a varied and exciting role for you who loves to make customers happy in collaboration with your colleagues!
The Presales team has large areas of collaboration both externally and internally in the form of the marketing, product and consultancy organization in particular.
Jeeves works with medium-sized companies in the sectors of mechanical engineering, metal industry, chemical industry, life science, wholesale and agency trade, food industry and project-controlled manufacturing. You will be working with clients in a variety of industries and will therefore be offered excellent opportunities to develop through the breadth and variety the role provides.
Jeeves has customers all over Sweden and outside the country, which involves travel in the position. You will of course have access to a company car, and the benefit of petrol allowance.
Your profile
To thrive and be successful in the role of Technical Presale with us, you need to have a college or university degree in Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience.
You have 5 years of experience in one or more of our focus areas: AWS or cloud solutions, business system integrations, automation, IoT, as a technical consultant, systems integrator or equivalent. It is an advantage if you also have an understanding of what Industry 4.0 means from a technical perspective.
You have an interest in, and knowledge of, modern development tools & technical platforms. You will enjoy having skills such as problem solving and communicating complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner!
As a person, you are driven, flexible and business-oriented and have an easy ability to adapt your communication to people at different levels and in different industries. You listen to and understand customer needs and enjoy presenting creative technical solution proposals in a convincing way.

We are an international organization with English as the corporate language, so it is important that you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
